MUSS Ticket Distribution

Your 2015 Football MUSS lanyard and T-shirt will be available at the Alumni House during the following times:
*Mon, Aug. 31: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
*Tues, Sept. 1: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
*Weds, Sept. 2: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
*Thurs, Sept. 3: 8 a.m.-1 p.m. (GAME-DAY! Utah vs. Michigan kick-off at 6:30 p.m.)
1. You MUST pick up your tickets during one of these time slots—no exceptions will be made. If you do not pick up your tickets by 1 p.m. Sept. 3, you will not be allowed into the stadium for the Michigan game.
2. You must present your student ID when picking up your tickets. If you have a guest or guests attached to your membership, you will pick up their lanyard/s and T-shirt/s as well.
3. You must pick up your own tickets. You cannot send a friend to pick them up for you.
4. No tickets will be mailed. You must pick them up in person.
Flash Seat Info – Entering the Stadium

Due to a new set of security policies you will no longer be able to use your UCard or credit card as a means to enter the gates at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Instead, your MUSS lanyard will be barcoded and your lanyard will be your ticket into the stadium. You will still be required to show your student ID card to enter the stadium, but it will not be scanned. If you have a non-student guest attached to your membership they will be required to show a MUSS guest card and their lanyard to enter the stadium. The guest cards can be picked up during ticket distribution.
All lanyards must be picked up at the Alumni House during ticket distribution (click here for those details).
Flash seat tickets will still be available but must be accessed using the Flash Seat mobile app on your smart phone. If you would like to convert your tickets to Flash Seats log on to your account at www.utahtickets.com or contact the Utah Ticket office at (801) 581-8849. If you lose your MUSS lanyard, for security reasons, you must access your tickets via Flash Seats. MUSS tickets will not be reprinted.
To access your tickets using the Flash Seats mobile app use the following steps:
1:Search “Flash Seats” in the iPhone app store or Android market
2:Download the Flash Seat app to your mobile device
3: Log into the app using your Flash Seats login and password. For login/password help go to utes.flashseats.com or call (801) 581-8849.
4: After logging in, your tickets will display in the Flash Seats app under Mobile ID
Connectivity at the stadium is a challenge, we recommend downloading the app prior to arriving at the stadium on game day.
Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

Here are step-by-step instructions of how to register for the 2015 Football MUSS. Registration will take place here. Prior to registering you will log-into your ticket account. You must use your CIS email address (email@example.com). If you have joined the MUSS or attended an athletic event in the last two years you probably already have an account. Enter your email and click ‘Forgot Password’ to have the password sent to you.
Once you are logged into your account and registration goes on sale you will see this page. The first option is a student MUSS membership; you don’t need to select this option since registering for a student membership is required. The membership will be $50. If you are registering one or two guests click the box in the left corner of the guest option and then select either one or two guests. A guest membership is $185. Then once you’ve selected your tickets you will click ‘Get Best Available Seats.’ (Please note: you will not have the option to choose your seats. Seating will be assigned based on your registration timestamp.)
Once you’ve selected your seats you will be taken to this page to confirm your order. Make sure you have registered for the correct amount of tickets. You will have five minutes to complete this page.
The next page is the payment page. You will have then minutes to complete this page. Again, please make sure your order amount is correct. You will enter your credit card information and address. (Please note: even though it asks for ‘shipping address’ your MUSS tickets will not be mailed to you! You will pick-up your tickets at the Alumni House at the end of August.)
Please note you MUST accept the Terms and Conditions before continuing. Once your order is completed your timestamp will be recorded.
Once your order has been processed you will see this confirmation page (you will also receive a confirmation email with the same information). Make sure you click the link provided in order to enter your T-shirt size. The link is www.ulink.utah.edu/2015muss.
On this page you will enter your T-shirt size and the sizes of your guest(s), if applicable. You will need your order number when submitting this info so make sure you keep track of that in your confirmation email. (Please note: the option to join a group is no longer available.)

2015 Football MUSS Registration

Football MUSS registration will begin Friday, April 17 at noon. Registration will open to ALL students on that day. Registration will take place here. To register for the MUSS you must create an account with your CIS email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you have joined the MUSS or attended an athletic event in the last two years an account may already exist. Please click on the ‘I forgot my password’ link and enter your CIS email. We strongly suggest you log-in and/or create your account prior to registration to make sure you won’t have problems the day of registration!
MUSS membership is $50 and each MUSS member is allowed to register up to TWO nonstudent guests for an additional $185 per guest. PLEASE NOTE: If you register TWO nonstudent guests with your membership you will automatically be seated in the upper bowl, which begins at row 26. Registering one nonstudent guest will NOT automatically push you into the upper bowl; your seats will be determined solely on your registration time.
Seating will be based on how close to noon you register. So the sooner you register the better seats you will receive. If you have a group of friends you want to sit with you must all enter the same group name during the registration process. Group names must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 20 (spaces count as a character). Each group name must also contain at least one symbol and one number. Group seating is based on the average registration time of the members in the group.
If your group contains more than 30 students we offer a ‘block seating’ option. This means your timestamp, and the timestamp of the members in your group, will not affect your seats. Your group will be seated together in the upper bowl section of The MUSS; exact location is TBD but it will most likely be in the lower to middle section of the upper bowl. Your group must have a minimum of 30 people and a maximum of 80 (including nonstudent guests). You must send your group name to email@example.com by April 16 @ 5 p.m. Everyone in your group will need to register and pay for The MUSS by April 30. All members of your group also need to enter your group name during registration.
MUSS Flag Football Game

PLAY IN THE ANNUAL MUSS FLAG FOOTBALL GAME!
WHEN: Saturday, April 25th @ 11 a.m.
WHERE: Rice-Eccles Stadium
The game precedes the annual Red-White Spring Game and it’s your opportunity to be a Utah football player for a day. The game is open to all MUSS members who were registered for the 2014 football season. Males and females are both encouraged to play.
Head Coach Kyle Whittingham will oversee the game and the two teams will be coached by members of the football staff. You get to wear real Utah jerseys (but you have to give them back). You get to hear your name over the PA system when you make a play. PLUS, the game is on the JUMBOTRON and we will give away a ‘Most Valuable Player’ award.
Need more incentive, like food? Winners get a gift certificate to Red Robin. Losers get a twin-pack of Pop Tarts.
In order to play, you will need to attend a mandatory practice session on Thursday, April 23rd @ 5 p.m.
To register, send an email to Brynn Whitchurch at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate which position you would like to play and if you have any quarterback experience.
You must register by Wednesday, April 15th @ 5 p.m. Due to the high volume of interested MUSS members teams will be randomly selected; meaning, just because you register does not mean you will get to play. Teams will be announced on Thursday, April 16th.
